Hi! Hello! I am so, so happy that you are here! My name is Danielle, and I am the owner of theMillylife and theMillyLife YouTube channel. I am a personal trainer and a motorcycle vlogger. My goal is to help you find your path to personal fitness and empower you to do things that you never thought possible along the way! I have virtual and in home individual training, small group training, and custom program designs are available. My Story!

As a former high school and collegiate athlete, I have always had a passion for fitness. After I graduated from Lynchburg College, I pursued a corporate career. Shortly into that career, I realized that that lifestyle was not for me. I left the profession, pursued my certification as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and I began my career as a performance coach/personal trainer. I have worked with athletes from the youth level up to Division I, specializing in functional training, power, strength, injury prevention, and recovery. I have also worked with general population clients of all ages and from all walks of life.

I am a mother, a wife, and a small business owner. I am also a proud owner of a Harley Davidson. I have been riding motorcycles for almost 2.5 years. I started theMillyLife about 1.5 years ago, and not only is it my company, but I run the YouTube Channel, theMillyLife. I post motorcycle vlogs and videos as well as fitness videos and workouts. I want to inspire people to move and to take on new adventures, at any age.

I am passionate about shifting your mindset towards fitness, and improving how you move and feel on a day to day basis. I want you to walk away from our sessions feeling better, moving better, and feeling empowered.
