This service is provided via zoom or in person, in increments of 30 or 60 minutes, and is a one on one session. Your program is fully customized to match the specific needs and goals of the individual.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Great for anyone who is looking to get the most value from their investment. Programs are customized with appropriate options for each individual with the goal of improving overall health, functional strength, mobility and more. Clients will learn how to move their body, build community, have fun, and feel and move better! Classes are run in 30 or 60 minute increments.
PERSONALIZED PROGRAM DESIGN
theMillyLife Personalized Program Design plans are fully customized based on fitness level, your goals, and your time. I will create a fully custom plan that is specific to your life and your schedule. It can be personalized for 7 days a week or 3 days a week, 30 minute sessions to 60 minute sessions. Focusing on moving better? losing inches? gaining muscle? preparing for a specific event or sport? This is the option for you!
